Behind the absolute boundary-pushing doors of Aeroglide is a master craftsman with a rich history of perfectionism. Kanapathipillai Ayathurai, the visionary business owner, traversed a monumental pathway. Arriving in Canada as an immigrant, his sheer perseverance, respect for raw materials, and precision led to the creation of the brand.
Starting from modest hands-on installations across Toronto, Kanapathipillai learned every single mechanical tolerance of heavy glass and insulated steel. Under his careful stewardship and the corporate banner of 2158200 ONTARIO INC., Aeroglide grew from a localized custom workshop in Scarborough to a leader in automated, highly complex architectural entryways.
Today, his team integrates structural computer-aided designs (CAD) with dynamic brushless motors, biometric scan protocols, and vacuum-insulated thermic glass, making what was once restricted to science fiction a physical reality in modern properties.
